Webster County, Kentucky: Spring 2011 we experienced torrential rains in Kentucky with flooding of areas that had never seen this much water however our citizens in Kentucky are industrious and determined to get the job done. Here in Webster County several cities were locked in without any roads open to travel. This was the solution for Joe Woolsey of Providence.  An all-terrain vehicle built to be multi purpose and energy efficient. He really went GREEN for SPRING.

Joe simply hooked up his matching set of grey pulling ponies and welded a jon boat trailer to his harness then picked up the neighbor for a trip to town.

This is almost something you'd have to see personally to believe, however, I have ridden with Joe and been pulled through town by this team of ponies in the wagon through the parade. This is typical Joe, and I have to admit very inventive as it was almost impossible to get anywhere during the high waters we had. Dixon Kentucky was completely cut off from anyone other than a boat.

Thank you Joe & Donna Woolsey for the photo and friendship.
